Every time a program is uninstalled,some files are left behind that you have to remove manually.Some of them may be deleted by right clicking the file and then left click on delete option but some files make the situation too much tough to delete.For instance, you wanted to delete some file "update.dll" in the software or program folder you tried to delete but it said Read Error. Make sure the disk is not write protected.The file is being in use.
So if you have installed the software "Unlocker" then its windows will appear and inquire you about what you really want to do with the file.So, in options choose delete file and select kill all the program will delete the file instantly.
